The Projects team works closely with clients to create software solutions that match the needs of those organisations. Skills provided include:

• Project Management: Bendigo IT (formerly SBSS) can boast 25 years of providing software solutions to clients throughout Victoria, Australia and numerous countries throughout the world. They have considerable expertise in working with clients to define the requirements of the software architecture necessary to solve the problem and/or fill the need that has been identified.
• Systems Analysis and Design: Prior to diving into the development or implementation of software, significant time should always be invested in the design of the software solution. Bendigo IT will always adopt a very structured methodology for approaching this phase of the project to ensure that the client requirements are fully documented and the database and application designs match these needs.
• Application Programming: Bendigo IT programmers offer a variety of skills to ensure that the client is presented with a solution that meets their needs. Whether developed for internal network, across a wide area network or via the Internet, Bendigo IT applications are developed to last.
• 3rd Party Application Integration: When an “off the shelf” application will provide the majority of functionality needed, Bendigo IT will work with the client to ensure that this product is implemented to suit them, rather than the client changing to suit the software. Bendigo IT, where possible, will also develop software and reporting architectures in and around the purchased software to increase the applicability and usability of the 3rd party product.
• Advanced Web-site Development: Bendigo IT doesn’t claim to be a provider of graphic artist expertise. However, Bendigo IT is highly skilled in taking basic web sites and enhancing them with advanced user capabilities. For example, a “shopping basket” application will enhance sales capabilities for clients who sell large quantities of product off the shelf.
• Post Implementation Support: Once installed, Bendigo IT swings into support mode, ensuring that the software runs efficiently and that issues are rapidly resolved. The Projects team has defined support packages for the ongoing support and development of software applications to continue to grow with the client.
