Bendigo IT Resales team to provide accurate and detailed hardware
quotations to enhance the scoping task.

Bendigo IT is committed to staying up to date with the latest
offerings from major IT players, such as: HP, for top shelf Server
and PC technology; Cisco, for top quality communications devices;
and, Microsoft, for the leading operating systems on the market.
Bendigo IT will not compromise on this approach to quality when
specifying the best possible network architecture for its clients.

Network Management and Support:
Once installed, Bendigo IT swings into support mode, ensuring that
the network continues to run smoothly and efficiently. The IT
Services team has defined support packages for situations where
clients require their computing architecture to be monitored by
Bendigo IT, particularly if the client does not have the resources
to manage the network themselves. A support package will cover items
such as:
Network Health-checks
Backup checks
Performance checks
Disk space checks
Virus Checker updates
Microsoft Patch updates
24/7 Phone Support.

Onsite Contracting: Bendigo IT
will also work with the client to provide a more permanent IT
resource for their business. With a commitment from the client to at
least 3 days per week, Bendigo IT will seek out a client who meets
the needs of the client at hourly rates significantly less than the
regular consulting rates.
